Doughbox Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta - Brantford

Such a wonderful experience. We ordered the family feast. The owners are absolutely wonderful. Made us a new pizza because one of the pizzas they brought didn’t look right! They let us keep both.This was not even a complaint. They brought us free cinnamon dough bites because it was my birthday, and we barely made a dent in the food. We are a family of 4, and we all left full and with food left over for the whole weekend. On top of everything, the food was too good. Thanks for a great experience Dough Box

Their pizza is absolutely incredible! fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with their wood on display for customers to see. A great spot to relax and enjoy a delicious pizza or pasta both are so amazing! Not to mention their Garlic bites! They are indeed very addicting!! Definitely will come here again

Was passing through Brantford, kids were hungry n cranky. This amazing pizza joint is just a min off of 403. Never tried this chain before, but staff were super helpful and courteous, made it easy! Kids loved pasta so much, no left over! Garlic bits were also nicely made! Real value for money! Anybody looking for a quick bite, highly recommend this pizza place!!

Opening day review. Twisted Club Half Pizza - The toppings were all super fresh, with a nice light crust. If you’re a fan of Neapolitan pizza, I would highly recommend. 5 Fired Baked Chicken Wings (Garlic Parm) - Deserves to be in contention for an award - an award for the most rubbery wings I've ever had. Small Carbonara Pasta - Best item ordered. Solid combination of ingredients. Would order again for my next pasta craving. Doughbites (Garlic Parm and Dessert) - Garlic Parm is smothered in garlic parmesan sauce and topped with parmesan cheese, while dessert is dusted with icing sugar and your choice of sauce. Both appetizing. Overall, would recommend everything except the wings. But that may ultimately come down to personal preference. Edited after additional visits over the past year. Everything aside from the wings had been re-ordered, and the quality still remains.

Had a great experience at Dougbox Woodfire Pizza! The Margherita pizza was delicious with a perfectly baked crust and fresh toppings. We also tried a create-your-own pizza, and Leo absolutely nailed it - he was friendly, helpful, and made the pizza just right. You can really taste the quality and care in the food here. Highly recommend this place if you're a pizza lover. We'll be back for sure!

I had a really good experience. The pizza came out hot with a nice crispy crust and the toppings tasted fresh. You can tell it’s wood-fired because the flavor of the dough is really good. The staff were friendly and the service was quick even though it was a bit busy. The place was clean and had a nice casual atmosphere. Overall a great spot for pizza and I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu.

Had a great experience at Dough Box Brantford today. Mihir prepared our order and his attention to detail really stood out. He was extremely hygienic, organized, and made sure our vegetarian pizzas were handled separately and carefully. It’s always reassuring to see someone take dietary preferences seriously while maintaining such a clean and professional approach. Excellent service and a very positive experience overall — thank you, Mihir!

We went for a late dinner the other night & between the four of us, we shared the family feast combo which came with 2 pizzas, 2 large pasta, 2 large salads & 1 box of doughbites with two Nutella dipping sauces. The portions were very generous, we couldn’t even finish the entire meal so we had so much leftovers. Will definitely be coming back here & I hear the lunch specials are a great deal!
